  蒋士成表示:“我国化纤工业的科技发展,要在充分掌握当前情况的基础上,对重点领域及其先进技术进行规划和布局,着力补齐核心技术短板,掌握关键技术和共性技术,谋划重大项目和工程,提高行业可持续发展能力和核心竞争力。”

  蒋士成认为接下来行业发展要重点关注这三大领域:纤维新材料、绿色制造、智能制造。

  具体来讲:纤维新材料的发展水平关系到国民经济、社会发展和国家安全,企业接下来需要重点关注功能性纤维、生物基纤维、高性能纤维、循环再利用纤维这几类纤维的技术进步。除此之外,纳米纤维、智能纤维、生物医用纤维等前沿纤维新材料以及可降解纤维都是行业高质量发展需要重点关注的领域。

  而在绿色制造领域,蒋士成表示:“绿色环保的工艺、油剂助剂催化剂以及绿色纤维认证和平台体系建设、推广都是化纤高质量发展需要攻克的课题。”

  “十四五”期间,绿色制造将成为制造业领域实现“双碳”目标的主战场,实现碳达峰、碳中和,也是纺织行业未来可持续发展的必然选择。为此,中国工程院设立了“纺织产业双碳发展战略及技术路线图”咨询项目。蒋士成介绍,该项目将通过对我国纺织产业碳排放现状以及产业链关键环节减排技术、纺织原材料碳排放系数和废旧原料循环利用碳排放效益等的研究,形成纺织行业低碳发展技术路线图,并提出我国纺织产业低碳转型发展政策措施和建议。这也是化纤行业高质量发展需要重点关注的方面。

  此外,在智能制造领域,蒋士成认为要大力推动企业数字化转型,鼓励企业建设基于大数据、人工智能和工业互联网的智能工厂。

  锻长板、补短板夯实高质量发展基石

  纤维新材料、绿色制造、智能制造,是蒋士成指出的行业高质量发展需要重点攻坚的三个着力点,“针对这三大重点领域我认为行业还需要进一步突出重点,布局一些重大科技和工程专项,强化科技创新和产业链供应链韧性,加强基础研究,推动应用研究,开展补链强链,加快解决‘卡脖子’难题。”蒋士成表示。

  蒋士成举例表示:纤维新材料领域可以重点解决锦纶高效柔性化产业化技术、无锑聚酯纤维产业化技术、高效阻燃纤维产业化技术、医用防护纤维产业化技术等。生物基化学纤维领域要重点攻克莱赛尔纤维的专用浆粕、NMMO溶剂制备技术,攻克高光纯、高化学纯乳酸、丙交酯等重要原料国产化低成本制备技术。高性能纤维领域包含的品类比较多,需要分别逐一攻克。比如:48K以上大丝束碳纤维,T1100级、M65J级碳纤维的制备技术需要突破。对位芳纶需要实现高强型、高模型对位芳纶,芳纶纸、芳纶蜂窝材料等稳定化、规模化生产,满足安全防护、光通讯、航天航空、轨道交通等领域应用。超高分子量聚乙烯纤维最重要的是要突破高效、低成本的基础上研发功能性,拓展其在海洋养殖、防护服装等领域应用。

  除此之外,还有一些超前沿的纤维产品比如纳米纤维、智能纤维、石墨烯改性纤维等也需要积极攻克技术瓶颈,实现新阶段的发展。

  关于绿色制造部分,蒋士成指出,从技术上要围绕高品质再生涤纶的新技术、节能低碳装置的研发;绿色油剂、助剂、催化剂的关键技术研发发力,同时还要结合“双碳”战略,明确行业降碳实施路径,加大绿色工艺及装备研发,加强清洁生产技术改造及重点节能减排技术推广加大从而推动化纤绿色发展水平的提升。此外,要重点推进绿色纤维制品可信平台建设,提升绿色纤维供给数量和质量。

  智能制造部分,蒋士成特别指出要引导发挥行业龙头企业作用,集中资源打造可服务于化纤行业的工业互联网平台,推动产业链上下游企业通过工业互联网平台实现资源数据共享,加强供需对接,促进全产业链协同开发和应用。

  除了在重点领域设置重点专项之外,蒋士成表示,基础研究对于产业发展具有宝贵的长远价值,行业需要充分重视高校和科研院所作用,夯实理论基础,为提高产品稳定性,提升产品性能提供理论支撑,从而引领未来化纤行业高新技术发展,巩固我国化纤行业的国际竞争优势,全面建设化纤强国。

  打造高质量人才队伍,为高质量发展聚智赋能
